UPDATED HOURS for U-PICK
Due to a hot June and July, the lavender is huge and blooming early, with our August closing date for U-Pick dependent on crop conditions (08/09 at the moment).
The good news? We're extending our U-Pick opening times to make the most of this bumper crop!
U-Pick Hours (updated 07/10/26)

Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 10am-7:30pm
Thursday: 10am-6pm
Friday: 10am-7:30pm
Saturday: 10am-6pm
Sunday: 10am-6pm

Green Mountain Lavender!
About Us
Green Mountain Lavender is set on 14 acres in the beautiful hills of Springfield, VT. Established in 2024, owners Nigel and Rosamund Conroy grow eight different varieties of lavenders totaling almost 4,000 plants. GML has a seasonal farm shop offering a variety of lavender and lavender-inspired products, along with baked goods and chilled drinks during the U-Pick opening times.
What We Grow
GML grows six true lavenders, from the Lavandula angustifolia species ( Hidcote, Munstead, Sachet, Folgate, Big Time Blue and Royal Velvet).
GML also grows one variety of Lavandin, 'Phenomenal;' a hybrid or 'French lavender' from the Lavandin X Intermedia species. 'Phenomenal' is hardy to Vermont and grows in heady, fragrant spikes perfect for sachets, bouquets and other fragrance based lavender products.

We sell a range of lavender-based products, with everything from sachets to hydrosol sprays to scrunchies and bouquets.
While we have an online shop, our most up to date inventory is in our Farm Shop, open during U-Pick and select autumn dates.
