ABOUT US

Green Mountain Lavender is a 14 acre lavender farm in the beautiful hills of Springfield, VT. Established in 2024, owners Nigel and Rosamund Conroy grow six different varieties of culinary lavenders, or true lavenders, from the Lavandula angustifolia species ( Hidcote, Munstead, Sachet, Folgate, Big Time Blue and Royal Velvet). 

GML also grows one variety of Lavandin, 'Phenomenal;' a hybrid or 'French lavender' from the Lavadin X Intermedia species. 'Phenomenal' is hardy to Vermont climate and grows in heady, fragrant spikes perfect for sachets, bouquets and other fragrance based lavender products. ​

You can purchase our lavender products via our online shop, in person at Pete's Stand in Walpole, NH (May-December) or at our little self-serve store in nearby Chester, VT (@theShantyVT). We are also at the 2026 Ludlow Farmers Market on occassional Sundays from May until October.
